·       In the index, Delhi has been ranked as the most vulnerable UT to risk and Maharashtra has been ranked as the most vulnerable state to risk

·       Pune District is the most vulnerable district in the country to risk

·       States like Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Assam, Gujarat and Assam have lowered the net risk to population and economic losses

·       The index report was assessed 640 districts in the country
