# Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi chaired the fourth meeting of
the Governing Council of NITI Aayog at Rashtrapati Bhawan on June 17, 2018. The
day-long meeting was attended by Union Ministers, Chief Ministers from the
States, Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories and senior officials from the
Government of India.
# Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi interacted with the
beneficiaries of various Digital India Mission schemes from across the country,
through video bridge. The video bridge connected over 50 lakh beneficiaries,
including those from Common Service Centres, NIC centres, National Knowledge
Network, BPOs, Mobile Manufacturing Units and MyGov volunteers. This is the
sixth interaction in the series by the Prime Minister through video bridge with

given that ministers and diplomats have repeatedly highlighted the need for a

# National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, government of India will
partner with Singapore e-Government Leadership Centre (eGL) at the National
University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science (NUS-ISS) for
implementation of skill development initiatives of India.

# UK: McDonald’s said that it will switch to paper straws at all
